7 Brew Seasonal Drinks — Release Calendar
7 Brew does not publish launch dates, but the rotations follow a predictable calendar — the pumpkin builds always land before Starbucks, and the spring floral range shows up in March whether anyone is ready for it or not. When the limited-time builds land, what usually comes back, and how long each rotation actually lasts.
What never leaves the board
Rotations come and go, but these four pour in every month of the year — the safe order when the seasonal syrup has run out.
7 Brew runs five seasonal rotations a year: winter, spring, summer, fall and holiday. Pumpkin builds usually appear in late August — earlier than most chains — peppermint and eggnog land in November, and frozen chillers plus tropical teas own the summer. Rotations typically last four to eight weeks.
The 7 Brew seasonal calendar
| Window | Typical drinks | When it runs |
|---|---|---|
| Winter (Jan–Feb) | Peppermint Bark mocha, Sugar Cookie latte, Eggnog breve, White Chocolate Peppermint | Usually from late November through January |
| Spring (Mar–May) | Strawberry and floral builds, cereal-milk and Fruity Pebbles style drinks, pastel smoothies | March through May |
| Summer (Jun–Aug) | Frozen chillers, lemonade rotations, tropical teas and watermelon builds | The longest seasonal window — June through August |
| Fall (Sep–Nov) | Pumpkin Pie latte, Caramel Apple breve, Snickerdoodle, Cinnamon Roll | Often starts as early as late August |
| Holiday (Nov–Dec) | Peppermint, Candy Corn lemonade, Eggnog, Sugar Cookie | Overlaps with Fall — two rotations run at once |
Month by month
What actually comes back each year
Reliable returners

- Sugar Cookie latte (holiday)

How to catch them
- Follow the app — drops are announced there first.
- Ask the stand what just landed.
- Go early in the rotation; syrup runs out.
- Off-season syrup sometimes survives behind the counter.
Why the calendar is fuzzy
7 Brew does not publish seasonal launch dates in advance, and the exact drinks vary by stand and by what the location orders. Treat this calendar as the pattern from previous years rather than a schedule. The single reliable signal is the app, which is where the drops are announced first.
