7 Brew Sizes & Cups Explained

Small 16 oz, Medium 24 oz or Large 32 oz. The cups are bigger than the chains you are used to — Medium here is a Starbucks Venti — so the jump from Medium to Large is more ounces than it sounds. What each cup actually costs you in price, calories, caffeine and sugar, and when stepping up is worth it.

The ladder

Every drink uses the same ladder

Whatever you order, it comes in the same three cups. Cards show the Small price; the Medium and Large columns are in the table above.

7 Brew sells three sizes: Small 16 oz, Medium 24 oz and Large 32 oz. A Large is exactly double a Small. Across the board the average price goes $4.52 → $5.51 → $6.51, and the average calorie count 194 → 282 → 371.

Picking one

Which size should you order?

Small — 16 oz

The right call for the sweet, heavy builds (shakes, dessert lattes, 7 Energy) and for anyone watching sugar or caffeine. Cheapest and the easiest to finish before it warms up.

Medium — 24 oz

The default for most people. Enough volume for a commute, without doubling the calorie load of a Small. Best per-ounce value-to-satiety balance on coffee and tea.

Large — 32 oz

Best pure per-ounce value, but it doubles the calories and caffeine of a Small. Sensible on iced tea and lemonade; a lot on a shake or a Large 7 Energy.

The cup itself

Cup, lid and straw

Every 7 Brew drink ships in a single-use cup with a lid and straw, iced by default in warm months. Hot builds come in an insulated cup. There is no reusable-cup discount programme that runs chain-wide, though individual stands occasionally offer one — worth asking at the window if that matters to you.
