Think per ounce
A Small is 16 oz, a Medium 24 oz and a Large 32 oz. Per-ounce cost usually improves as you go up the ladder, so the Large is almost always the better value even though it costs more.
The upcharge traps
Breve, extra syrup pumps, cold foam and whipped cream all add cost. A plain build is cheaper than the same drink fully loaded.
