Blondie is caramel and vanilla over espresso; Brunette is the chocolate side of the same build. Both pour in every size, and both can be ordered half-and-half.

How to order a half-and-half
You do not have to pick. Ask for a Blondie with a pump of chocolate, or a Brunette with vanilla swapped in for half the chocolate, and you get something in between. Both are normal orders — the syrup wall is the whole point of the menu.
Other variations worth knowing: a Blondie Breve swaps the milk for half-and-half, a Blondie cold brew swaps the espresso for cold brew concentrate, and both of them work iced or hot at any of the three sizes (16 / 24 / 32 oz).
